北京星宇福生慈善基金会成立于2016年9月，是由北京市民政局批准并注册的非公募基金会。业务范围为：资助与扶贫济困、医疗救助、环境保护、弱势群体创业、助学和赈灾等相关的慈善公益项目。创始人为卢星宇女士，亦是基金会理事长兼法人。

Founded in September 2016, Beijing Xingyu Fortune Philanthropy Foundation is a private fundraising foundation approved by and registered in the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs. The business scope of the Foundation is to fund charitable ad public welfare projects in the areas of poverty alleviation, medical assistance, environmental protection, entrepreneurship of disadvantaged groups, education aid and disaster relief. Ms. Jennifer (Xingyu) Lu is the chairperson and legal representative of the organization.

卢理事长提出基金会的使命为：点亮人性的光辉，让世界充满爱和和平。她对慈善的理解是：怀慈悲之心，行善良之事。她亦希望全世界人民都能够：做慈善、搞公益、积德行善，福气生！基金会从成立以来，一直坚持不懈的致力于教育、医疗、环保、扶贫等慈善公益事业。

The Foundation’s mission proposed by Chairperson Lu is to light up the glory of human nature and make the world full of love and peace. In her eyes, philanthropy means to do good deeds with love, compassion and kindness. She also hopes that people from all over the world can work together to support charity and engage in public welfare. She believes that good deeds will bring blessings. Since its establishment, the Foundation has been committed to charity and public welfare undertakings that involves education, medical care, environmental protection, and poverty alleviation.

教育领域，2019年，基金会设立了卢俊卿助学基金，由天九共享控股集团捐赠，总捐赠额为1000万元，用于资助当年在苍溪县高中毕业考取大学的贫困学生，目前已有298名高中毕业生得到帮助，顺利进入了自己梦寐以求的大学。

In education, the Foundation established the Lu Junqing Scholarship Fund in 2019, with a total donation of RMB 10 million from TOJOY Shared Holding Group. The fund was channeled to support high school graduates living in poor families in Cangxi County, Sichuan Province that year. As of now, the program has helped 298 students enter their dream universities.

医疗领域，2019年，基金会捐赠了由天九共享控股集团发起的全国首个感恩堂义诊所，为四川省广元市苍溪县金鹤村和高清村的留守老人和儿童解决看病难、看病贵、看病远的实际问题。为村民免费看病、免费抓药、免费养生培训，还开展了一系列名医下乡的义诊活动，深受村民们的喜爱。捐赠额为80万元，共诊治10135人次。

In 2019, as part of its medical aid efforts and with the sponsorship of TOJOY Shared Holding Group, the Foundation set up China’s first free rural clinic in the village of Jinhe Village and Gaoqing Village in Cangxi County, Guangyuan, Sichuan Province. The clinic then became the solution for the local left-behind elderly and children who lack medical resources and cannot afford medical treatment in big cities. Local villagers are grateful for the free healthcare services provided by the clinic, which include medical treatment, medicine and fitness class. Medical assistance programs such as organizing eminent doctors to visit the countryside were also carried out regularly. The clinic so far has received funds up to RMB 800,000 and provided treatment for 10,135 patients in total.

扶贫领域，2017起，基金会积极响应国家号召，设立精准扶贫项目，天九共享控股集团为此项目捐赠了1520万元，共帮扶了15个省、市开展精准扶贫慈善公益项目。目前，项目仍在进行中。

In 2017, the Foundation responded to the call of the country and set up a targeted poverty alleviation program. The effort was supported by TOJOY Shared Holding Group with a donation of RMB 15.2 million. Up till now, the philanthropic program of targeted poverty alleviation has been carried out in 15 provinces and municipalities, and is expanding to more regions.

环保领域，2021年基金会成员和志愿者们在植树节开展了植树活动，为美化首都北京尽自己的一份心力。随后，又与清华大学开展了美化校园植树活动研讨会，计划与各大高校合作，进行校园美化飘香项目。让莘莘学子们在更加美好的环境里好好学习，天天向上，关注环保，共同把祖国的未来建设的更加绿色、美丽、健康。

In environmental protection, members and volunteers of the Foundation contributed to the landscaping of Beijing by planting trees on the Arbor Day of 2021. A seminar was also jointly hosted with Tsinghua University to discuss matters relating to improving campus environment by planting trees. The Foundation also plans to collaborate with different universities to bring landscaping programs to more campuses. It is hoped that such effort can encourage students to study harder in a better environment and pay more attention to environmental protection, thus making the country greener, more beautiful and healthier.

创业领域，基金会计划设计更好的创业资助模式，与各大高校合作，帮助有才华的弱势群体创业，为优秀青年圆梦，也为社会发展储备坚实的人才力量。同时，也计划帮助优秀的残疾人创业，让身残志坚且真正有能力的残疾人能够有机会开辟自己的事业道路，实现自己的理想。

To encourage entrepreneurship, the Foundation plans to design a better sponsorship model, and work with different universities to help disadvantaged talents start their own businesses. While realizing the dreams of those talented youth, such effort can also help prepare a large talent pool for social development. In addition, the Foundation is ready to provide entrepreneurship resources for talents with disabilities. The vision is to empower disabled people with ambitions and competencies to create their career path and realize their dreams.
